I think this has been discussed before but could I ask again please. Can anyone recommend a free photo resizer app for me to install on my PC? I have tried several times to post photos on the relevant posts but the photo editor on this new Christmas present PC only edits quality, it doesn’t resize.

There’s lots of ways you can resize photos. The easiest is to do to it online for free, here’s just one of many places you can do this – https://imageresizer.com/.

Thanks Wizard tried the first one, still can’t post photo as it still says it’s too large, will try the other option later, thanks for your help.
I use imageresizer.com. I always choose to resize by percentage (usually about 50%) and then the file size is usually small enough. If not, just repeat with a smaller percentage.
If you have already posted your picture on Facebook, you go on your facebook page, click right on it then “save the picture as” in a file on your computer, it works for me.
There is a old app that I still use for quick re-sizing “PICASA “originally availabler from google as a free download though google upgraded it and moved on a few years back having said that there are still many free downloads available, it really is so simple to use below is the link to the official user guide,
