    What a brilliant idea, very interesting, I wonder if they would then, if sold at a later date, have an agricultural clause attached in order to maintain that?

    Just found this koat, what a fantastic idea! To have have help and support to fund a natural life style etc and have careful development of an area is a wonderful idea. I hope future people who are able to start a new adventure are successful, totally refreshing idea!  :rose:
