Help please.
I use Thunderbird for my emails. Following an update and a crash I have lost nearly all my emails and my sent and archive boxes. I have looked in the help but I can’t follow it. If I delete and reinstall Thunderbird will that solve the problem or will I lose everything? I need a simple solution please
Try disabling your firewall John P .
Thunderbird is/was on it’s way out , so I would find a new provider.
I am sure there is somone that knows a LOT more about it than I ?
I can’t send any emails either Grr Totally stuffed, I have my address book but I need to recover all my archives and sent emails etc. My phone still appears to work ok but only has information which is sent from it.

OK, thank you for the replies. Tried various things but I ended up doing a system restore to before the last update and it seems to have worked. I may have lost a few emails but basically everything seems to work again.
