Good to see those wholesome lads on the streets defending their “heritage” from those awful foreigners and non white skinned people. Yes, the fascist salutes, racist chanting, and attacking police means the UK is being well looked after. Or, you could say the nazis are emerging from the sewers!
Anonymous14th June 2020 at 9:42 am #527313They must be proud to be able to kick the police and use the nazi salute , but had to get drunk first !
We were discussing it this morning . I would say , anyone that attacks unarmed police in that way should be forced to sign a military contract for 4 years and sent somewhere where the opposite side shoots back . The British army is short of recruits , it would sort out two problems in one go! Or am I too harsh on the poor lads that have had to do without their footie for a few weeks ?
There is a flaw in your plan Deboer, a lot of the scum would not be fit for service and would lower the standards and morale of the army were they to be admitted.
I think that for some who could be re eductaed it is a good idea though, however, any that fail training should be returned to complete their sentence. Thus there is a benefit for the army in that they will get some decent recruits and the recruits get a second chance with every prospect of making something of their lives.
The remainder though should be put to hard and unpleasant labour, cleaning out the sewers for instance.
The same rules must apply to all those who attack the police and those who desicrate the statues and similar.
In reality though, all they will get is a bit of comunity service. We saw the comunity service criminals in action at Warwick racecourse. They were suposed to be filling in all the holes and ruts from the previous days racing but in reality had a nice walk round the course smoking and chatting as they went. The days work was less than three hours!
Anonymous14th June 2020 at 5:49 pm #527364Surely this must apply to the Parisian rioters a few months ago also?

A lot of them are older now. They must have been hiding in caves since their glory days in the National Front and then at football games and strikes in the 70s.

The British Army wouldnt’ want idiots like that amongst their ranks!
15th June 2020 at 8:34 am #527393The truly ironic thing is that the thugs doing fascist salutes probably had grandparents fighting countries where people were doing the same fascist salute! Don’t they get it?!
the photo of that fat bastard urinating
Spot on Stinky
If you watch the tv reports both factions, black & white were attacking the police, both side were not respecting the social distancing, and both sides blame the Government/police/capitalists and anyone else they can, rather than themselves, it can’t be the fault of society as they are part of that society, I can’t see anything but dark days ahead, repercussions of lockdown, the pandemic, unemployment, and Brexit, the world is tearing itself to pieces, they have seen nothing yet, just wait until pensions lose their value, taxes increase, benefits reduced, along with a flood of bankruptcies, it will not affect me in the short time I have left on this planet, but it will affect the younger generation, maybe then they will rue the day they allowed the lunatics
to run the asylum.Anonymous15th June 2020 at 2:31 pm #527419…………… but it will affect the younger generation, maybe then they will rue the day they allowed the lunatics to run the asylum.
Well next time they ought not vote for the lying Tory party
One of the best lines I have read for a long time about Johnson.
“The cabinet is now made up of nodding dogs put in place for their loyalty to the “world king” and bloviator in chief Boris Johnson”
Angela EagleAnonymous15th June 2020 at 4:17 pm #527424Brexit of course and the rejuvination of the North…..oh and very dark Blue passports
Can someone please explain, why the original protesters who fought with police, threw one off her horse and hospitalised her and carried out indescriminate and targeted vandalism most notably to statues are refered to by the press as activists whilst the people such as those in Poole peacefully protecting Baden- Powells statue are refered to as far right thugs?
I suspect that many with difering or no political views will be outraged at the desecration and destruction of the statues of these historical figures and general wanton vandalism.

According to a YouGov survey, only 15% of women and 28% of men under the age of 24 voted Tory in the last election. However, 64% of both men and women over 65 voted for the “get Brexit done” brigade.
You can’t blame the younger generation for falling for the “make Britain great again” crap.

Absolutely. Brexit, and indeed the Tory government, in no way represents or was supported by the majority of people who’ll have to live with it longest.
As for the salutes… fairly easy to believe the idiots out in London at the weekend are so incredibly thick, and historically ignorant, that they would do Nazi salutes to protect an Allied war memorial. I mean… look at them.
15th June 2020 at 8:10 pm #527436I think we are reaping the results of Dr. Spocks ramblings and all the mis-guided parents from the late seventies and early eighties.

I don’t doubt it Danny, mine was more tongue in cheek but whenever I hear “a survey was done”, I think back to Brexit and Trump as well where the surveys were miles out.
