Anybody using Nordnet satellite broadband?

Reason for asking is there is an offer of a freeby for internet broadband and phone kit from Orange – they own Nordnet apparently, we are in a “white” area for fibre which means either no fibre or a long wait for it, so the offer is to comepensate for that – it would cost us zero for the kit, and pay for the installation and comissioning

We can’t have Starlink – too many trees around us.
My reason for asking for anybody’s experience of Nordnet is the reviews on Trustpilot.fr for Nordnet are real stinkers, albeit from 2021.
If I read it correctly, the info. in the link says the dish costs 299 euros. That sounds a lot to me.

We are surrounded by tall trees and have Starlink without any problems.
First time in 20 years in France we have regular,uninterrupted wi fi.Very fast too.

If you are in an area designated a “white” area where fibre either will not be available or not for a long time if ever, the French state will pay for the Orange/Nordnet hardware, ie the dish and the router, but you still have to pay for the installation and comissioning.
We checked our postcode and we are in a white area.
