Amazon – missing parcel.

    I ordered two items from on the same day.

    The order was despatched and a tracking number provided. Both items were in the same package.

    The package did not arrive.

    I waited the required amount of time and requested refunds.

    One item is being refunded.

    The other item cannot be refunded and I get an E mail in Spanish saying I must contact customer services. I click on the link and jump through the hoops to be told I need to speak to a representative.

    I do not speak Spanish.

    Has anyone else had this and how was it resolved?

    That must be why I received a strange message saying my mysterious and unsolicited package could not be delivered and I needed to click on the provided link and follow the instructions. :whistle:

    I didn’t of course follow the instructions.


    BTW, in response to your question, ask to speak to an English or French speaking representative because you don’t speak Spanish.

    Have some prepared statements written down to help you initially.

    If you have no joy with that, communicate via your Amazon account and explain the problem. Their customer services are usually quite good.
